President
George Horrocks, received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has more than 35 years experience. George has had a successful engineering career in a number of startup companies as Engineering Manager. George is one of only a handful of NABCEP nationally-certified Solar PV Installers in the state of New Hampshire and has been the Principal Designer and Project Manager for over 500 solar photovoltaic projects – residential and commercial – totaling over 4000 KW and was responsible for the design, procurement, and project management of those projects. He is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers) and ASES (American Solar Energy Society) professional organizations, NH Green Alliance, NHSEA (NH Sustainable Energy Association) and a member of SEAREI (Seacoast Area Renewable Energy Initiative). He is an avid scuba diver and skier and reasonable 5-minute chef.

Shawn Donovan
PV Project Manager
Shawn Donovan has worked for Harmony since 2010 and brings to our organization years and years of experience as a seasoned construction contractor. He is our Lead Project Manager and also assists in Operations & Logistics and Sales Development. Shawn’s passion for renewable energy and sustainable design is reflected in his attention to detail and in his best practices approach to all Harmony’s installations, large and small. Shawn has a BS in Community Planning and Development and an AAS in Construction Management. His nickname is “Surfer Boy”, but with the arrival of a beautiful new daughter, it may be more appropriate to call him “Surfer Dad”.

Deb Leafe
Grant & Incentives Manager
Deb Leafe, manages all USDA Grants, Incentives and Rebates for Harmony Energy Works. Deb joined Harmony from a distinguished career as a senior-level manager at Hewlett-Packard where she managed cross functional teams of professionals in the US, Canada, Latin America, and China. Deb’s real job at Harmony is to make sure everybody is where they need to be, when they need to be there. Deb received her education at UNH. Deb’s professional and civic interests and service include: Board of Directors, Women in Electronics, United Way, Wounded Warrior Project, NH Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)

David Childs
Corporate Master Electrician
Dave has been with Harmony Energy Works since 2014, as the Corporate Master Electrician. As such, all company journeyman and apprentice electricians operate under his direction. Dave is a Master Electrician with over 26 years of electrical experience. Dave believes, like Mark Twain, that any word that cannot be spelled at least 3 different ways should be eliminated from the English language.
