George Horrocks


George Horrocks, received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has more than 30 years experience. George has had a successful engineering career in a number of startup companies as Engineering Manager. George is one of only a handful of NABCEP nationally-certified Solar PV Installers in the state of New Hampshire and has been the Principal Designer and Project Manager for over 100 solar photovoltaic projects – residential and commercial – totaling over 1000KW and was responsible for the design, procurement, and project management of those projects. He is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers) and ASES (American Solar Energy Society) professional organizations, NH Green Alliance, NHSEA (NH Sustainable Energy Association) and a board member of SEAREI (Seacoast Area Renewable Energy Initiative). He is an avid scuba diver and skier and reasonable 5-minute chef.

Paul Schlie

PV System Designer

Paul is a solar PV design professional with a wide variety of skills, crossing multiple engineering disciplines. He has contributed to multiple issued patents, subsequent to receiving his BSCE (Computer Engineering) from Case Western Reserve University.


Jame Skeffington-Ward

PV Project Manager

Jame came to Harmony Energy Works as an intern and we were fortunate to have Jame join us full-time after he completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire (BSME). Jame has an easy manner with customers  and translates his passion for solar into a form that helps customers. Jame works in solar design and project management.

Deb Leafe

Grant & Incentives Manager

Deb Leafe, manages all USDA Grants, Incentives and Rebates for Harmony Energy Works. Deb joined Harmony from a distinguished career as a senior-level manager at Hewlett-Packard where she managed cross functional teams of professionals in the US, Canada, Latin America, and China. Deb’s real job at Harmony is to make sure everybody is where they need to be, when they need to be there. Deb received her education at UNH. Deb’s professional and civic interests and service include: Board of Directors, Women in Electronics, United Way, Wounded Warrior Project, NH Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)

Heath Sargeant

PV Project Manager

Heath has been with Harmony Energy Works since 2010, working not only on the technical aspects of solar design, but tirelessly on the customer’s behalf on their USDA REAP grants, Commercial and Industrial Rebates, and US Treasury Grants. Heath also has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and has completed his law degree and recently passed the MA bar. Heath loves all things British.
